[Glasgow University Photo Society Announcements]

Hi everyone,

We're currently applying for affiliation with the Students 
Representative Council so would everyone please send us their:

(1) full name
(2) contact e-mail address
(3) if applicable, GU matriculation number

This affiliation is very important to us as it affects the amount of 
support we receive. This will heavily affect the amount we can do as a 
society. This may include the funds to purchase film or chemicals in 
bulk, buying DVDs/books for group ownership, studio rental, darkroom 
use, holding an exhibition, subsidising trips and many other things 
besides.

GUPS aims to fully comply with the Data Protection Act and common 
courtesy - your details will never be passed onto any third party 
organisations except the University and/or GU SRC.
